Inspiration:

I created this artwork to raise awareness to PTSD and mental health highlighting that we are all facing invisible battles.

I am visually depicting what went on my mind during a panic attack caused by flashbacks from past traumas, that inspired the title as well.

I created this piece to recenter myself and my creative process also helped me to ground myself in the present moment during escalating into a panic attack and loosing touch with reality.
